Funds in Liquidation
Columbia Select Large Cap Value ETF (NYSE Arca: GVT), Columbia Large Cap Growth ETF (NYSE Arca: RPX), and Columbia Select Large Cap Growth ETF (NYSE Arca: RWG) ceased trading on the NYSE Arca (the Exchange) and were closed effective at the market close of the Exchange on January 28, 2016 (the Cessation Date). Each of GVT, RPX and RWG (the Liquidating Funds) will, on or about February 4, 2016, make to remaining shareholders a liquidating distribution equal to the shareholder's proportionate interest in the net assets of the particular Liquidating ETF as of the close of business on the Cessation Date.
